Meet Seth Evenson
I bring more than 25 years of experience across commercial banking, capital markets, specialty finance, and private equity-backed businesses. My work connects the financial picture with the people, processes, and decisions that make a business perform.
Through Sea Level Advisors, I serve as CFO advisor to a private equity fund focused on self-storage and manufactured housing communities with more than $500 million in assets under management. I also advise on ground lease acquisitions, capital planning, financial modeling, and growth strategy.
Built and led, as well as advised
At Lease Advisors, an InSite Wireless Group portfolio company, I helped scale a private equity-backed infrastructure platform to 50 employees and approximately $10 million in revenue. I directed more than $300 million in domestic and international asset acquisitions, co-raised $150 million in PE commitments, and built a 25-person back-office organization.
I reduced the annual operating budget from $7 million to $5.5 million through structural improvements. I also helped prepare the business for sale; the company and its parent ultimately sold for $3.5 billion.
A banking perspective on business decisions
As a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Capital Finance and Commercial Bank, I managed complex commercial credit relationships and helped restructure distressed borrowers during the 2008 downturn.
Earlier, at Wireless Capital Partners / Black Dot Wireless, I originated, negotiated, and structured a $50 million warehouse facility financing wireless receivables and served as a liaison to institutional investors and lenders.
